
Robin Gallagher Murphy has worked in the aging care field for 20 years. Robin graduated from Chestnut Hill College with a Human Services degree specializing in Gerontology and holds a Care Manager Certification from the National Academy of Certified Care Managers. She has served as Director of Social Services and Director of Caregiver Recruitment and Retention in health care facilities and home care agencies in Philadelphia, Montgomery County, and Bucks County. As the Operations Director, Robin is responsible for client care and caregiver management.
Robin understands the necessity for reliable and compassionate caregivers and excels in building caring relationships with her clients and employees. Robin enjoys spending time with her family, New York Times Crosswords and Cooking recipes, and exploring Philadelphia neighborhoods.

Bart Murphy is in charge of the day-to-day operations as the Managing Director. Bart has been a professional pilot for 15 years and brings that expertise to Center City Home Care. Pilots are trained to make quick, correct decisions, and must be skilled in problem solving and troubleshooting. Bart’s experience and attention to detail ensure that our agency runs efficiently and safely.
Bart plays trivia and softball and likes going to concerts and comedy shows. You might see Bart and Robin on the subway as they travel to the library or the newest restaurant.
